The Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network and WFSB Channel 3 are holding gubernatorial debates a week before the August tenth primaries. The Democratic candidates will debate Tuesday, August third and the Republicans will debate Wednesday, August fourth. Be sure to tune into both debates at three on WNPR and at eight on WNPR and CPTV.

Question for candidates
Health care under SustiNet would create a large health insurance pool. It is expected to be available to those cities, towns, non profits, self-employed, small businesses and the uninsured who may want to join to make health care affordable in Connecticut. SustiNet, as envisioned, will also provide incentives to health care providers to keep costs down. Which of the candidates are prepared to support the passage of Phase 2 of SustiNet?
