We're starting to hear, loose, anecdotal talk about strong voter turn-out around the state. At New Haven's East Rock polling place, it's more than an anecdote.  That link also notes strong turnout in Westville.

In the audio here, you'll hear (among many interesting on-the-ground reports) Only in Bridgeport's Lennie Grimaldi say the weekend visit by President Obama seems to have jacked up sluggish turn-out in Bridgeport, possibly giving Congressman Jim Himes the numbers he needs to stave off the Dan Debicella challenge in the other 16 towns of the 4th District.

As the Mirror observes, it's all about ground games now. We might have a surprising turn-out, scaling up over 60 percent. But which 60 percent? Whose 60 percent?

WNPR's Where We Live fielded calls from people who voted early. Harriet Jones reports on an enthusiasm gap among young voters

The New Haven Independent describes, in detail, Democratic efforts to turn out the cities.

And somebody whines about not getting a sticker. On Facebook, voters reported stickerlessness in Canton and Hebron also.
