Lisa Schroeder is the chef/owner of Mother's Bistro & Bar and Mama Mia Trattoria in Portland, Oregon. Her award-winning restaurants have been featured in Food & Wine, USA Today, and Bon Appetit. She makes her home in Portland, Oregon.
Danielle Centoni is the former food editor of The Oakland Tribune in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is currently working as a food writer, editor, and recipe developer in Portland, Oregon.
