Dr. Steve White is a priest of the Episcopal Church serving at St. Stephen's Church in Pittsfield, Mass. Steve and his wife Andrea, a speech-language pathologist, and their son Aidan live in Hancock, Massachusetts in the Berkshire Hills. The White family lost daughter Christen to PH in 2002.

Steve served as Episcopal chaplain at Princeton University from 2000 to 2008. Prior to entering the ordained ministry in 1997 Steve worked in various capacities in the health care field including hospital administration, managed psychiatric care, teaching and health services research at the University of South Florida College of Public Health, and developing health promotion services and hospital consulting services for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems.

Blending his personal and professional experience, Steve has been involved with helping PHA support groups deal with grieving and spirituality. He also serves as co-chair of PHA’s Development Committee and has a seat on the Governance Committee.
