	So many people are getting ready to attend the Hartford Symphony Orchestra's Talcott Mountain Music Festival, celebrating its 15th anniversary season, now through July 16th.



	Concertgoers bring picnics ranging from simple to candelabra spectacular, ready to enjoy friends, make new ones over the sharing of a corkscrew, or a glass of wine.  It all happens under the starts at the Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center in Connecticut.
