name of a spice?
When Faith was talking to Melissa Clark about her book, Cook This Now, they mentioned a spice to rub on chicken. I couldn't catch the name. I sounded like "garmarsala". Melissa said curry could replace it. I can't find anything close to that name. Would you email me what it is called? Thanks so much. I love the show. (The show aired Dec. 24 but it is not on the web site.)
