Ondarre Cava: Straw yellow with golden highlights.  Fruity, yeasty aroma.  Lively to the palate, fresh.    $13 - $15.

Ondarre Reserva 2004: Black cherry, licorice, smoke, tobacco and tar notes mingle in this firm, lively red.  Maturing now but shows balance and length.  $15 - $18.

Abadia da Cova 2008: The wine's gravelly, baritone tannins ground mencia's filigreed lace of high-toned floras and notes of violets, of fragrant, mouthwatering acidity robed in purple fruit.  Decant it for spicy morcilla. $25.
