1 large bunch fresh flat leaf parsley - washed
1/4 cup fresh oregano
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3 cloves fresh garlic
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 cup olive oil
Place the parsley, oregano, red onion, garlic, and lime juice in the bowl of a food prosessor fitted with the steel chopping blade. puree until roughly chopped. Then while the processor is running slowly pour in the olive oil. pour into a bowl. Spoon onto grilled steaks, grilled chicken, or grilled fish.
