	Mary Loftus Levine takes the helm of the 41,000 member Connecticut Education Association, the state's largest public employee union. She takes over today for John Yrchik who retired yesterday. I am fresh graduate I got my communications degree online. At the moment I have to say that I'm not very happy with the level of education and performance in high-schools. Maybe the new chief chairman will do better and improve things to an acceptable level.
