	It seems the basic game plan for Republicans looking to overseat Democratic incumbents this year is to criticize the big government spending policies of President Barack Obama, and the Democratic controlled congress, specifically health care reform and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  In her latest story, the CT Mirror's Washington correspondent, Deirdre Shesgreen, says this strategy could backfire in Connecticut's 4th Congressional District race.
