Opening Arguments Begin in Trial of Former Police Chief Charged in CT Boy's Death
    

      

	Opening arguments began on Tuesday in the trial of a former Massachusetts police chief who's been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the accidental death of a Connecticut boy. 



	Former Pelham Police Chief Edward Fleury co-sponsored a gun fair in 2008 where 8-year-old Christopher Bizilj of Ashford, CT shot himself with an UZI submachine gun.
