Rally Against "Islamophobia"

The United States is experiencing a new wave of "Islamophobia."  A week ago today, the Masjid An-Noor mosque in Bridgeport was the scene of angry protests by the Texas-based group, Operation Save America.  Today at 3pm Connecticut Muslims, joined by other faith communities and concerned organizations, will gather at the state capitol to bring attention to this recent spate of protests. 

Operation Save America has also planned a press conference today at 11:15 AM at the Bridgeport Mosque.
