Domestic violence continues to be an important issue in Connecticut. Rep. Mae Flexer (D- Killingly) discusses recent legislation that addresses domestic violence education, services for victims, and criminal justice for offenders. While these bills are a start, Rep. Flexer acknowledges that there is more to be done, and discusses plans for continuing work on this issue.
