	Artist Elaine Gan, whose new installation at Real Art Ways, called Considering Rice explores one of the world’s most amazing man-made environments, which is also a living, working agricultural site - the Ifugao Rice Terraces of the Phillipines. 



	Considering Rice focuses on the entanglement of storytelling and food economy.
