Where We Live: CT Politics Get Weird

Presidents, professional wrestlers and conservative icon all came to Connecticut this weekend, to get ready for election day.

Once again, Connecticut seems to be the center of the political universe.  Don’t believe me?  Then explain why President Barack Obama made Bridgeport one of his weekend stops – to try and get that city excited about voting for Congressman Jim Himes once again…

And how about former President Bill Clinton – hitting the trail for Dan Malloy and other Democrats in Hartford.

The biggest crowd gathered at a rally – make that a wrestling match – in Hartford  for Linda McMahon…and a smaller gathering of Tea Party faithful crammed into a bookstore in West Hartford to catch a glimpse of Glenn Beck.

Today, where we live, a recap of a madcap political weekened - and Faith Middleton drops by to preview her “up close and personal” interviews with the gubernatorial candiates.

Check out lots more photos of the weekend political madness!
