Where We Live: Exercising Away Anger
We’ve known for a while that exercise – or even moderate moving around can make you happy. But what about if you’re really, really angry? There’s growing evidence that working out can stave off the negative affects of anger. We’re joined by Gretchen Reynolds, a writer for the New York Times "Phys Ed" column.

If you know that you’re going to be entering into a situation that is likely to make you angry, go for a run first.
