You’d have thought the pope or the president was stepping down. Such was the adulation laid on the outgoing leader - and such was the worry. Can he be replaced?
Jobs made such an impact at Apple not because he’s good at computers, but because he’s been able to transform a successful business several times through the force of personality, his vision and charisma.
But how do you teach those traits of leadership?
Today where we live, what makes an effective business leader? To some, the path is still to get an MBA, and arm yourself with the skills necessary to succeed in the business world.
Others look at a college dropout like Jobs and say...IS that the way?

Recently, the NGO I activate
Recently, the NGO I activate in held a workshop on the affiliate network topic, in order to underline the importance of networking, prior to our strategy session for this year`s projects. I got myself thinking how would these rules apply for the business world. I guess things look pretty much the same. It`s all about learning by doing, visibility, advertising and sticking to the top of the market`s providers as long as possible.
