Where We Live: The State Of Big Biz

Governor Malloy says Connecticut’s “open for business” – but not everyone in the business community sees the same thing.

First it was United Technologies saying that Connecticut might be too expensive a place to do business.  Now, Aetna’s saying the same thing.  Is it possible that big corporations are making plans to get out of the state?  Today we’ll be joined by The Hartford Courant’s Dan Haar, to talk about the role of Connecticut’s big employers in the future of the state.

We’ll talk about the big sectors of insurance defense and biotech:  The unifying theme: a wounded state lurches forward, and backward.

Also, we’ll be joined by the man who designed the logo you see everywhere these days… even though the team is gone.  Go Whalers!
