Where We Vote: Jim Himes v. Dan Debicella
Hear from the republican and democrat vying for 4th district seat

Jim Himes was elected in 2008 as part of a Democratic wave. Now he’s being challenged for his seat.
Himes unseated Chris Shays, the Republican who’d long held the 4th district – and headed to Washington with an unusual resume that included a Wall street career, and work in the non-profit world.
Now the freshman is facing a tough reelection fight against Dan Dibecella, a Republican State
Senator. Like in the 5th district race we profiled earlier this week, this race has been highlighted by attack ads from an outside group, and disputes over tax policy, health care and the role of government.
We’ll continue our where we vote series – with the republican and democrat vying for the 4th district seat.
