Where We Vote: Mike Fedele on the Rise
After some early challenges, public financing has put Fedele back in the race

Mike Fedele’s campaign for Governor has faced some tough challenges – but he’s using public financing to claw back into the race.
This week, we’ll find out whether the Lt. Governor has done enough to close the gap with Republican front-runner Tom Foley.
Fedele’s been running for the state’s top job for a while – having suffered through a lack of support from his boss, Jodi Rell, and a pile of campaign money spent by Foley.
But now, some reports say his ad campaign – targeted at Foley’s wealth and corporate decisions – has begun to draw him closer. A new Quinnipiac poll on the race is expected tomorrow.
Mike Fedele joins us on our Where We Vote series – in advance of a Republican gubernatorial debate later today.
