Medical Marijuana

Last month Governor Dannel Malloy signed into law the Medical Marijuana Bill, which will allow patients with certain medical condtions to obtain and use marijuana to ease the symptoms of their ailments. The state Department of Consumer Protection has been charged wtih implementing the law.
