Backyard Chickens For Hamden?

The town of Hamden doesn't allow live chickens in residential areas, but that could all change. Hamden's Planning and Zoning Commission took up the issue in a public hearing on July 27, 2010. Hamden town planner Leslie Creane joins Ray Hardman to talk about the hearing.
