Today the House of Representatives will vote to repeal last year's Health Care Reform Law. While it is expected to pass in the House and die in the Democratic controlled Senate, it marks the start of the Republican effort to unravel the law. It also will test the civility of Congress, who in the wake of the Arizona shootings earlier this month, have promised to tone down the political rhetoric.
